Client requirements
We took on the role of Principal Contractor for a hospital car parking extension. The project was to enlarge the parking area from 3 to 5 parking spaces and included an element of extensive trenching, the installation of a 3-phase supply from the plant room, all the surface finishes, line marking, and the installation of lockable drop-down bollards.
WGP Maintenance Ltd coordinated the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) testing to evaluate the strength and bearing capacity of the ground prior to commencement of works. The client required the new bays to withstand the load of a customised mobile facility trailer.
