Job title:  Site Supervisor 

Responsible to: Operations Manager/Directors

Department: Operations

Main purpose of Site Supervisor Role:

To supervise and coordinate subcontractors on site ensuring they adhere to all Health & Safety Legislation in line with business requirements. 

• Manage and supervise the day to day running of projects on site
• Prioritise work to meet project deadlines
• Report any non-conformances to Compliance Manager
• Liaise with OM – feedback, problems, time restraints
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is fully completed and signed
• Health & Safety procedures are followed correctly in line with current legislation
• Correct PPE is being worn as per Risk Assessments
• Organise materials and tools for site
• Quality Control
• Site Inductions
• Ensure site diaries are maintained
• Vehicle inspections
• Store maintenance
• Tool box talks 
• Ensure GDPR regulations are adhered to.
